Will your toners work with my printer?
Yes. All our toners are designed to work the same as the original (OEM) toners.
Do compatible toners cause any problems with printers?
No. The toners and cartridges we supply are designed to work with the printers shown in the listing. The main difference is that you are not paying for the expensive originals.
How quickly will you send my order?
Orders received before 2:45pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same day to your local Akis Express courier, for collection the next working day.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We send every order using Akis Express Couriers. Akis will usually send you an SMS or call you the next working day to let you know your order is ready to collect.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked returns policy as long as the items are in their original condition. Delivery costs are excluded from refunds unless agreed otherwise.

How do I install a toner?
Keep the toner in its packaging until you are ready. Gently shake it left to right, remove the protective sleeving and any paper insert or pull strip, then install it according to your printer instructions.
Do you deliver outside Cyprus?
No. At the moment we only deliver within Cyprus.
